/o/rlando anons, what are the chances of this actually opening at this point? I'm not trying to be a dick to the owners since I am sure it is all because of ridiculous city stuff, zoning, licencing, etc. but I really, really, really want it to open.

Ace Cafe location in American (Orlando, FL). Announced as 'Opening Soon!' like 2 or 3 years ago (picture related). Still saying it is opening soon, recently they said January of this year. I drive by the location all the time and it doesn't look so promising though...
But I'm staying positive.
