Hey guys, how do i install a coilover?
Is it just slide into place and torq the nuts down?
I have a set of coilovers i need to install in my truck.
Theyre already pre-assembled so the old coilovers can go as one unit and dont need to be taken apart.
Would i still need a spring compressor for that?
ToyTec has a guide on how to do it but it feels like its missing something.

Thank you anon, watching the 1st vid now.
Does it matter wether the vehicle is fwd or rwd?
My truck is rwd with ifs.

Stop making it harder than what it is. If you bought a coilover kit for your truck specifically then its literally just bolt it on. If you've done your shocks/struts at all then its the same.

What matters is how the suspension is set up for your vehicle. Coilovers are easier to put in than struts/springs

I was just confused on if i would need a spring compressor or not since ive seen both sides of the arguement, guess not then.
Ive already replace the rear shocks and put on a set of Dakar leafsprings
