I found a cheap car on Craigslist that's damaged like this. Aside from the CV axle, what other parts will need to be replaced?
Who knows. All kinds of shit could be broken. Is broken.

Sure OP, let me just diagnose this car that I've never seen before for ya.
It's a chevy dude.. how could anything ever break on it? Didn't you see how many awards they won during the MLB commercials?
Passenger side axle may be damaged, CV joint/boot, tie rod(s) may be ok, I'm not sure exactly how the front suspension of a cavalier is.
I know there's probably 1 or 2 sensors that got ripped off/damaged in there, ABS most likely.
Break line probably fucked.
Not sure if shock/spring/shock towers are intact, can't see from the picture, I guess it's possible the wheel could have detached at the wheel bearing and not bent the spring/shock in half.
Looking at a big repair but if you can do the work yourself it's manageable. If the car is worth needing pretty much a full rebuild of the suspension I say do it.

You could replace everything suspension wise for under 500 with junk yard parts. Make sure there is no frame or engine damage. Oil pan and the trans could easily be cracked. If it's super cheap go for it.

everything in this picture. lowest part might have escaped. the spring looks fucked so you should replace both on the front.
this is a pretty easy job aside from the inner tie rod, where you'll probably need a special half-socket(see how to on youtube)

Bro you're probably gonna be spending more on repairing that chunk of shit than you would if you bought a 200k mile honda which could probably run you another 50-100k if it was well maintained.

not op but i have already parted that car out since the engine is like new at 180k. it's amazing how good old mitsubishi can be... if you skip the part where the brake lines failed and i hit that toll booth but that was because the brakes were worn to metal on one side and i had just come out of a tunnel where it's 30° asphalt
