>"the clutch bites a little too late"
>DUDE LETS SWITCH THE WHOLE TRANSMISSION
do they just make up stuff to do to make episode length?
>>16088256
They do stuff because when you're doing it all for free/getting paid to do it, you do whatever just for fun.
>>16088256
>do they just make up stuff to do to make episode length?
Pretty much. They seem to be running out of ideas and shilling for their sponsors for 60% of the episodes now too.
It used to be "hey, we have no money, a terrible car, and somewhere to be. Let's see what goes wrong!" Now it's more like "we have well over $150k worth of cars, nothing worth while to do, and half an hour to fill by the end of the week. Let's thank Dodge 8 million times and talk about how expensive these cars are!"
>>16088256
Yes. Also they need a reason to drop sponsor names, and they are genuinely not that smart.
>>16088334
I mean I'd shill for sponsors if that meant I could build whatever the fuck I wanted without worrying about whether it'll work or whether it'll be safe/reliable.
>>16089341
Smart enough to be making a shit ton of money by doing random shit to whatever car is handed to them.
>>16088256
How can I pay to watch their episodes? I'd like to support the many many people and the big cooperation who make this show.
>>16089405
Pretty much. Complaining about Roadkill is like complaining your favorite hipster band sold out and got a record deal. It's still fun to watch even if it's phoned in half the time.
The 6bt Caddie was AWESOME.
>>16088334
so is anything after the wheelie truck worth watching?
>>16089668
It was always sold out they work for hot rod magazine. It was marketing for the brand and expansion to kids who don't know what a magazine subscription is. Funny how it is a magazine you can buy now, in addition to paying to watch the snow.
>>16089638
Watch any episode they explain at length how you can pay to get the next show RIGHT NOW and then have the exact same amount of time to wait for the one after, which you're also now paying for.
>>16089668
>The 6bt Caddie was A WASTE
FTFY
That could have been such a great episode.
But instead the fucktards decided to cut the top off for no good reason, then realized they couldn't drive it anywhere without attracting cops, so they just did burnouts in deserted areas.
What a fucking waste.
>also:
>they brought in the drifter fag from HRG "because he knows diesels"
>meanwhile previously on HRG he literally claimed that adding more fuel to a diesel would make it run cooler
>>16089341
>they are genuinely not that smart.
I can see why you think that, but I mean, Freiburger was editor in chief of Hot Rod, Petersen's 4wheel and a bunch of other magazines for something like two decades combined. I don't think someone who doesn't know what they're doing would have that kind of experience.

look at how YOUNG AND WIDE-EYED AND LONG HAIRED THEY ARE
