Turd gen or fourth gen f body, Chevy S10, Ford Ranger, Volvo brickmobile, moostang, miat. All can be found with manual trans, cheap, and rwd. Or 4x4, if you buy a truck thats a 4x4.
You could also do fwd, but if you're gonna go that route you might as well just skip it and ride a bike desu. Theres also awd, but I've only ever driven one awd car in my life so I don't really know shit about them.

Depends on what you want to learn. Civic for very inexpensive basic zoom zoom with some growth potential. Miata if you want something simple with real racecar feel and are confident in your sexuality. Pickup truck if you want something with muscle to learn the fundamentals of torquey V8 driving.
