You can accelerate faster since the cars weight transfers to the rear wheels under acceleration.
Power and braking are better balanced since the power is in the back wheels and you're not steering/braking/accelerating all with the same 2 wheels.
You can only get so much grip thorough the tires, be it fur turning braking or accelerating.

let's compare the 2004 4dr stratus vs 2006 charger. both have the 2.7 engine
the charger has a 53/47 weight distribution while my brother's stratus has it's rear end swinging when it drives in snow. super fun for handbrake drifting but frontal weight and lack of space in and around the engine bay left dodge with small low-quality suspension that breaks after 10 years. he just spent 1000$ for swapping out everything in the front.

also, the only fun thing your 75hp civic can do is hoon. you'll roll that shit over if you do a skid
