No idea. I was just it doesnt run and needs brakes. I have plenty of tools, so if I could, I could fix it and maybe sell it, or just keep it and get rid of my pusher mower.

Make sure the fuel line from the tank to the carb isn't clogged. replace spark plug, change oil just because.

These are very simply engines. Carbureted, exposed fuel lines, and so on.

If you know nothing it'll be a damned good place to start

fresh gas, fresh plugs, and maybe just maybe a tiny squirt of oil through the spark plug hole

I messed with it a little more. It doesnt crank, meaning it might need a fuel pump. Definitely needs gas, oil, and sparkplugs though. It needs heavy cleaning, since it's been sitting for a while.
