how the FUCK do Lincoln's depreciate so badly
This is a car that is 32k new, and in months they depreciate more than 10k
because unless its a licoln continental with suicide doors its a piece of trash ford with a cadillac price tag

Because it had 35k miles put on it in less than one year.
Just about any car will lose a lot of its value rolling off a lot, especially appliance grade cars. Lincoln is one of these, even if an old person might have died in it.

because its a ford with a fancy grille

That's GOOD, you idiot. That means they're literally all highway miles. As long as he changed the oil regularly, that powertrain is as good as the day it rolled off the assembly line.

honestly 20k for that car sounds like a steal
you look well off enough to buy a brand new lincoln, even if you paid civic prices for it
10/10 would buy

Oh sweet summer child

>I don't understand how engines work
That'd be an awesome comfy commuter to scoop up lightly used, price is quite tempting. I'm normally a strict function over form kind of a guy but I think these MKZs look freaking gorgeous.

My best guess is that it might be ex-fleet (read: rental).
There's nothing inherently bad about x amount of miles more than average getting put on a car in a year, but it does hint at fleet use.
