got a 2015 pajero with the 3.8l v6,what sorta light engine mods would you guys recommend?
i don't plan on keeping it for long so i'm not gonna go overboard and do a swap or put in a turbo or something
>>15905388
>buying a shitsubishi
Sell it before it breaks.
>>15905388
None
>>15905408
i dunno what bizzaro world you live in but i've had at least 2 pajeros around me since like 2008,they're well built and can take a good beating
i have heard that north american mitsus aren't nearly as good as other mitsus so that might be the case
anybody?
I'd recommend leaving it the hell alone, what do you need engine modifications for on an SUV? Put some all terrain tires on it or something even remotely useful/practical.
Sell it and tell your mom to buy you a civic next time

its an SUV, it doesn't matter
add an intake if you want more sound from the engine, start there.
its NA anyway, you will never be able to get much out of the engine unless you completely rebuild it custom.
>i don't plan on keeping it for long
Why not?
>>15905388
>pajero
>engine mods
Are you a faggot?
Pajeros are for lift kits, M/T tires, winches and steel bumpers.

i might upgrade by next year to something that isn't fuck hueg,i'll keep it if it grows on me
a relative gave me a decent discount because he's leaving the country,i thought maybe if i didn't like it i can just sell it for a bit of profit later

i'm getting a lift kit,m/t tires and steel bumpers next tuesday,i just thought maybe i'd do some engine work while i'm at it
fun fact: pajero means wanker in spanish
>>15911794
gee thanks
>>15905388
A pipe bomb so you can kill yourself for not getting a diesel. Faggot...
>>15914439
i don't really care about mah mpgs

Unless you're contemplating some kind of aspiration conversion, I wouldn't bother. Exhaust, chip, done.
I would love to see someone build a factory looking twin turbo setup on that longitudinal 6G75. Given the unibody construction and decently sophisticated suspension setup on these things, it's a potentially good performance SUV with good offroadability.
Also this >>15914439
4M41>all.
>>15916518
I'm supercharging my 6g72 so i don't see why wouldn't supercharge the 6g75.
That thing can get some pretty crazy horses with a bit of boost.
>>15918179
This. 6Gs are a great V6 to stuff a little boost into.
That'd be the only reason I'd ever contemplate a V6 Pajero over a diesel one.
>>15915906
It's not all about mpg's you fuckwit, the 4M41 puts out more torque at idle than the 6G73 does at its peak. Much more usable torque for off roading. Or is it going to be a garage queen with off road attire like all the retarded bogans?
>>15911794
fun fact, in latin america the car is called montero instead of pajero for that reason
