I haven't had any issues in the last 20 or so hours I've played, but just unlocked my second to last barn find....noticed this.......and now a bunch of the tail lights/headlights on my cars aren't showing and are instead just displaying some sort of placeholder texture text.

I just did an Extreme Off-road championship now and had to struggle every race to win because there would always be Warthogs starting up front and then in the final race I switch to the Warthog and suddenly the race is piss easy. It seems to invalidate basically every other car in the class. I'm talking about completely stock versions of the cars though.

No but I played it on PC and can confirm that it has the absolute worst optimization of any PC port I've ever played. My PC can handle things like GTAV at 1080p with medium/high settings @ 60FPS.

Horizon 3 is impossible to get a good framerate. I'm at 720p, lowest settings and still at 24FPS. I don't understand why but this is the first game that makes me want a newer GPU though I haven't upgraded since 2012.

It's the quickest I've found thus far, I'm running low 24's with a Ford Coupe at the moment and people are RAGING in the lobby lol

As for the Mercury, V12, Twin Turbo, AWD, Max Engine Upgrades, Stock Tires, Max Tire Width front/rear, Holeshot wheels (third tab, right at the end), stock brakes, rally suspension, anti-roll bars, roll cage, weight reduction, full driveline upgrades.

Then a bit of playing around with the gear ratios to find that sweet spot, however I've come across one other Merc Coupe that's able to get a good car length ahead of me consistently so trying to suss out what's hes done.

The Airstrip is way too long for that I think, you need to be hitting speeds in the 350km/h-360km/h range.

The only other noticeable difference between our cars was the suspension, the in game stats are calculating the rally suspension fully jacked as being better off the line and accelerating with no adverse effect to the speed....but he's def running a lowered car so it might be as simple as that.
