I drive a 1992 Ford Ranger 5-Speed 4 cylinder.

If I get the double HP but keep my current MPG's I'll do that (current is around 21-24).
However if it reduces my mpg's to under 20 then I'll go with the double fuel efficiency.

Hard choice. If I choose power I will only need 2 miles of clear road to pass someone instead of 4 miles. If I choose MPG I can get ~48, which would be a nice saving so I could save up for a better bike. Probably MPG since my car would still be a slow shitbox even with twice the power.
