Complete oil change, check coolant level, check/replace air filter. My tuner told me to bring an extra set of spark plugs as well for peace of mind if we need to change a plug, and so he can have a fresh plug to read off of.

Can't think of anything else off the top of head. Most tuners have a pre dyno checklist that they walk through, should be ez to find online.
