Nigga make some friends in the car circle. Anyone, literally anyone who's into cars of any kind should know someone. $350 is steep. I've paid anywhere from $150-250. I'll pay that all day rather than spending the day pulling and reinstalling smog pieces just to procrastinate putting them back on. Sometimes it's not just manifolds. My ls1 was midpipe, manifolds, air and egr system.
