Followup to my thread from a couple days ago. Just bought this for $399.
Needs:
-Head gaskets
-Rear hatch
-Brakes
-Exahust
-Passenger seat and maybe back seat

He could get the heads done by a reasonable mechanic and still come out ahead. Aren't these $5K cars?
So how hard is it to pull the engines on these things? I have a hoist but I've never done a Subaru.

that's why you don't fucking buy a used subaru. Especially one with over 100,000 miles. Like jesus. They really don't last long.
My brother bought one with 275k for $500 and dropped a brand new engine in it, it took him a long time but its a nice car now.
