That's the thing my low beams cannot be that bright and that's what I'm usually using at night assuming what your saying is actually true how do I remedy this?

Your pop-ups don't come up with the low beams?

The lower lights are parking lights, bruh

If the high beams come on whenever the pop-ups open, either you've got the high beam switch on and don't realize it, or there's an electrical problem causing a malfunction.

Then get new headlights/new wiring, this is not how it should be. Your parking lights are not low beams, people are flashing you for good reason.
