semi-seriously considering this.
>non-turbo so it's slow as balls
I have a short (under five mile) commute off of freeways, and I don't drive much on the freeways anyway.
Otherwise, I'm fine budgeting more time to drive places and staying in the right lane.
>AC doesn't work
Not a huge deal to me, when it's hot I prefer to drive with the windows down anyway
>It's old/it'll need repairs/lol mercedes-benz
my budget's around 2k and I'm pretty poor so regardless of what I got I'd need to wrench on it myself anyway and cheap used cars are gonna need work no matter what.
Anything I should really be concerned about with this car?
Any huge reasons to avoid it?

The other option, if I can borrow money for it, is this
http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/cto/5690231885.html
>sedan
>turbo diesel
>fewer miles
>couple years newer
though I don't know if 34 years vs. 38 is that big of a difference

Goddamn its a clusterfuck under that hood, absolutely disgusting

I dunno man. I mean there's not enough pictures of the right side

Not at all. My brother still has his first car. Olds delta 88 land barge. Intake so restrictive it can't blow up the engine or tranny. RWD so repairs are cheap and easy, you know, if it ever actually needed any. Good comfy car. Would drive cross country in / 10.

Absolutley pick that up. I didn't even know they made the turbo in the sedan. Rare as fuck. Like you should be on your way to go buy that right now get off 4Chan.
OP here, I'm starting to feel like this guy either sold it or got cold feet. I've sent him a couple of emails and got nothing back.

Should I go for it?
>>15574622
I'd go Chrysler K turbo, but that's because I would hate parts hunting for rare cars, and because I find dd shitboxes much more charming.

Is this a good first car
