I don't think I'd be able to afford repairs on a Cadillac, and the only ones that interest me have "sport-tuned" suspension. If every vehicle I've driven with "sport-tuned" suspensions is an indicator for anything, it's a guarantee for pain.

Yeah stock suspension on the speed3s is pretty rough. I hear coilovers or the CorkSport springs/shocks combo helps a lot, but ymmv. I'm thinking of doing the spring/shock swap since my shocks appear to be shot (a lot more body roll doing less aggressive cornering, etc.). You could look at a Lexus if your back is giving you bad problems? A base model Mustang GT or Dodge Challenger might not be terrible also.

I'm genuinely looking at the Challenger since it's a big comfy boat, and despite being big and fat it still pulls it's own enough to be enjoyable. The cloth seats were absurdly plush as well.

I'm just fucking worried about FCA. I tried a 5.0 and it wasn't that comfortable, and to get it fully-loaded it was significantly more expensive than the Challenger. I've peered at Lexus, I might have to give them a good look.
