Join a car club or attend a meet with mostly young people.

Two years ago I went to a VW rat rod show.
The second people found out I had a decently equipped 120' x 30' shop that I never used, I had groups of 'kids' literally begging to use my bodyshop and paint equipment.
Some even offered to finish my cars in exchange.

This is Europe though so maybe things are different over there.

i have no idea.
to tell you the truth there is a lot of small details that are critical to this.
its a lot of studying and trying to match parts. especially things like cyl tins, people are fucking anal over them.

OP, no one is going to work on your cars for free. You need to offer some kind of compensation, be it money or free use of your equipment/space for their own projects.
