Can i use a 70's landbarge as a daily driver?
Thinking about a conservative Kingswood 6cyl as a DD, is this a bad idea?

Why the fuck do people ask this shit. Its a fucking car its made to be driven.
Its only recently that people suddenly cant drive big cars anymore for some reason.
Man the fuck up and drive this MANLY car ment for REAL MEN in the 70s and 80s

gutless
get a v8 and swap it
Well you still see plenty of old Holden's with old red/blue/black 202 on the road.
So yes, yes you can daily it.

Hope OP lives and drives on flat roads because i6's dont like hills especially the old ones
>>15484322
that could be gutless too. The 253 makes less power than some 1600cc cars of it's day.

>253
lerl i meant a ls

what are some things to look for when buying a Kingswood? are there extra steps to daily maintenance outside of routine oil and coolant changes?
>>15484431
basically with any i6 and even more with older i6's in heavy car fucking daily fluid checks especially engine oil and leak checks
>Chuck in 15-50 20w-50 oil if high k's
>???
>cunt

check the chassis rails thoroughly. You can literally bend a kingswood chassis by jacking it up behind both front wheels and getting 2 or 3 people to push down on the front bumper.

damn, sounds weak
>>15484443
Daily oil checks shouldn't be too hard, but do the 202's chew oil alot more than other cars?
Im looking for a wagon in paticular, something that has alot of shit hauling space that has 70's styling, how much should i pay for one?

Don't forget zinc additive. You'll fuck over your flat tappet camshaft if you just run straight oil.
