He's refining his bait OP it now specifically describes a touge situation and says that the lighter car is faster. The solution to this particular version of t. e riddle is suspension/tires. A modern, stock Civic could probably beat a lighter "faster" turboed AE86 down the hill, especially with a skilled driver.
