5000 for this 2000 s2000.
still runs apparently but needs some work. Ive got a little body shop exp so I was expecting to do the body work repairs myself.
Go for it or shit idea /o/?

If you have the skills to fix it you already know what it would take and you wouldn't be asking /o/. If you don't then obviously it's a bad idea. It whacked a wheel bad enough to need a spare to roll, who knows if the suspension and unibody is still straight. Could easily need $10k+ in repairs.

Yeah i know I can fix the body for pennies(many many pennies), more just worried about mechanical as I am rather clueless on that end. Ill go for something not so fucked

But muh convertible!
>>15413559
Don't buy crash damaged cars, really. Too easy to buy something with a tweaked frame like that S2000 probably has that will never be properly straight again.

Who needs a convertible when you have a cage, ASTs, and 255 Nitto NT01s on every corner.
If I wasn't across the country and didn't get laid off I would buy it tomorrow.

Also notice the aftermarket wide body kit.

That m3 is pretty sweet, although I dont really want to wear a helmet every time I get in it. Not a dealbreaker though.

Not worth it for $5k.

>Selling to buy truck. I don't want to sell but I need a truck. So $8000 means $8000. Despite the issues with this vehicle the price will not move down. Every week that it dose not sell the price will only go up.

>want to buy it
>forget about the ad
>one year later, i remember
>no one has bought it
>asking price is $400,000
>"price will not go down"
>go to meet the seller, test drive it
>it's fucking AWESOME
>"d-do you think you c-can go... a little bit lower?" I mutter
>he says no
>end up buying it for 400 grand plus taxes
FUCK

Just throw a dumbass offer at him like $6-6500 and see if he bites. Its only worth that much for the miles it has, and frankly I bet it's been sitting for sale for a while.
Personally I'd rather get the caged black '95 for $5500 (ASTs alone are worth $2-3000 new) or the white '95 for $7800.
That black $5500 one really makes me jelly. I hope it goes to some NorCal /o/ faggot instead of a normie. I'd buy it LITERALLY tomorrow if I wasn't in NYC, and sell my E36 M3 for it. It has everything I'd want to do to mine, minus the cage and fixed back seat.

This is a good candidate if you want a fixer upper. Get the head resurfaced and do the cooling system and it'll be brand new.

Shiggy diggy.

Holy kek, what a moron. but the car doesn't look too bad, despite all the dings and dents in it.
Hey, it even had a
