Yes, that blog was started on the 7th of May. The game has been out of beta for 3 years, are you telling me it's taken them 3 fucking years to finally realize that no one knew how to work all the nice new features? But it's great to know we might have some nice content in like a year or two when they finish detailing everything about their engine so people can just copy whatever content is out at the time and change what little they need to because of these blogs. My first one had only 180 deg, 2 pedals and a sequential shifter. It was cheap, but I still got to press pedals, turn the wheel and use one hand to shift gears, it's a basic experience but you can get fun out of it if you just got into racing.
Play arcade and simcade games with those kind of wheels.

Later you can get a far better and deeper experience with a proper wheel and games that are more realistic.

I personally recommend 5 stages so you can have a long hard one as the climax of the whole rally, but then four others that are more fun than arduous. Rallying should be a mix of terrifying and fun, not just terrifying. Like if you're gonna do Monaco, we should do route De Turini Descente in the dry at day, because that's a seriously fun, fast stage, as well as the hard shit.

Just my two cents though. I'll play the event whatever it is (unless it's Sweden in a fast class. Fuck Sweden)

oh god the memories. I remember always going on this one Freeroam/Stuntserver. The community was really nice and I've had lots of fun drifting the Elegy (Skyline GTR lookalike) and just talking to all the people there. Sadly, the server owner closed it down after it got ddosed multiple times by some kids (this must've been like 5 or 6 years ago already) and afterwards I just wasn't able to find a server like it. The few other stuntservers I found were empty and the other servers were eastern european roleplay servers

i don't any more but in LFS you can offset the centre of your viewpoint so you can actually see where you're going. you end up forgetting about the gap between the screens a bit like an A-pillar
