Why is driving a car so incredibly boring, but riding a motorcycle so fun?
>inb4 you just haven't driven a good car
I've driven a V6 mustang and it was shit

Hijacking the thread
Why do people, specifically bike people, think driving a car at it's limit and driving a motorcycle at it's limit are comparable experiences? So comparable that obviously one is inferior to the other, objectively .

there's zero risk involved in driving a car at high speeds and if you do crash you're in a metal cage with airbags and shit
if you crash a motorcycle at high speeds you're fucking dead

so why aren't all sports cars 700hp multiple turbo FWD cars with little to no suspension and bald tires on all sides that flex more than a del sol

I considered myself a car enthusiast my whole life. I never really was interested in bikes up until last year.
There is something raw about bikes that I love-particularly sport bikes. I cant quite put my finger on a single thing but here are some things that makes bikes a hell of a lot more exciting and fun to ride than cars.
>the immediate throttle respose
>the sheer acceleration power
>the feeling of pure freedom as you zoom through the twisty hills with no box to separate you from the outside world
>the Engine noise ( I prefer the high RPM scream of the 4 cylinder engine continuing to accelerate at 9,000 RPM
>the feeling of knowing that riding a bike is no easy feat. very very few people ever use them as transportation.
>the feeling that you can absoloutly destroy 99.99% of all cars on the road in both curves and straights

also before people ask me: Yes I do ride a motorcycle.
Yes it going to be very difficult going back to a car this winter. Cars just dont have the magic that a bike has.
>>15379747
Even bicycling down a hill is more fun than I've ever had in the fanciest sport cars.

I am sad that there is no initial D equivalent for motorcycle
I want some anime motorcycle porn
