Out of curiosity, does anyone know of a good way to stitch together screenshots from google maps sattelite view? I have 538 reference photos of the whataburgerring for building the track in blender for AC, but its going to be a pain in the ass to stitch them into workable segments manually. Doable, but a pain in the ass. So if you have ideas on how to solve this let me know. I tried the program autostitch and it gave me an unusable pile of shit.

The gang decide to make Whataburgerring/Waseinburgerring a regular event in Hicktown, with crew members with stopwatches at stage points to develop a point-to-point rally leaderboard.

The supercharger is on back order and that bypass valve went through, but its made to order.

All i need now is an extended serpentine belt, intercooler mounting hardware and supercharger oil feed and return rigged up, that should be about 100 bucks.

So far it has added up to around 2050. All shipping and tax inc. The first part that will arrive are my injectors by the 30th, if i mount everything as it arrives this should be a breeze

1. No audio because I'm a moron.

2. I wasn't intent on going all out that day and took things at a more cautious, leisurely speed than I normally would for a multitude of reasons, but that would be why it's less exciting to watch than it might be, in addition to note 1.

How big does the storage need to be? Its a 12x33. You can fit a car in there- work on it and have room for all of the tools necessary and not even be outside of the door. Ive seen many people work on theire car there

Just to give an update on the AC version of the Waseinburgerring that SC and I are working on:

We've mapped out the entire track on google maps satellite view, and so far have stitched together about 15% of it (its an 82.2 mile long course).

I have so far modeled 2.2 of these miles in blender, but once the stitching is complete it is a simple process to finish the rest of the 80 miles. Should take about an hour or two worth of work to get the rest of the track laid out in 3D space once the stitching is complete. This initial pass at modelling the course will not include any elevation changes, as these will have to be eyeballed from google street view and any other video references we record during drives.

SC has made a rough track map for the in game UI (this will be your reference as you're driving and will move with you as you drive the course just like on any other normal circuit).

If anyone else has and skills they feel like they can contribute with and are interested let me know!
