stance is EXCESSIVE lowering, and RETARDED offsets and stretched tires.
good handling on a budget:
Mess around with your swaybars (try one on, one off, none on etc), lower your car a little, get stickier tyres.
there are some pretty well prices Coilovers out there for most cars, get some with camber top adjusters for even better handling adjustment.
