G bodies do that too. A tall upper/lower ball joint fixes it. G bodies also have the bump steer issue. You can either space the tie rod ends down 5/8" to fix it completely, or just do the tall ball joints thing and fix it for the most part. You still have like 1/8" that fucks with you with the 1/2" ball joints, but it's like $200 to fix the camber curve and bump steer with just ball joints. The fancy adjustable tie rod height deal is like $400 alone and only deals with bump steer.

Mind, I have no idea if it's that easy to fix on a supra, but bad suspension geometry isn't always just something you have to live with....
