I think they're pretty straight up. (I'm p sure) they just go to car auctions (same place carmax buys theor cars from) and buy cars they know sell well and fix them to the best of their ability. that's how most car dealerships work but I would trust them a bit more than most places. no it's normal. if you're looking into newer cars, I think from anywhere (given at leqst a carfax and good reviews) should be fine man. my sister was looking into 2014 certified civic and they were expensive. if it's that new more people just charger extra for a piece of mind. I say just grab one @ a good price from any (well reviewed) place if you're mechinically inclined even a bit. just my two cents

Fucking spent $2000 replacing lower control arms + bushings and bearings, rear trailing arm bushings, tie rods, and some other shit and my 330 ci still has bump steer like a mother fucker, sways on the highway, and is downright dangerous in the rain. Coming closer and closer to saying fuck it and buying a used 350z < 100k miles for 5-6k.
