What material do you prefer for a shift knob: leather or alcantara?

I'd rather go for alcantara because IMO it looks nicer and doesn't need fifteen thousand bullshit electronic assists to make it bearable.
Leather is hot in summer, cold in winter and slippery but attracts more pussy.
Alcantara on the other hand though is probably much harder to clean if you give your girlfriend a fisher.

i took a beer tap from work because i had the idea to use it as a shift knob and it came out great. never seen anybody do it, and i like my car to be unique (like me), and one that i know i built myself and can really call my own.
