>always heard about people falling for the blinker fluid joke
>try it out on my cousin
>she actually goes to auto zone to get some
>she comes back with a bottle of power steering fluid

That's not funny dude.
How much of an asshole do you have to be to make people fuck up their cars on purpose.
>>
>>14893817
Several Dodge models had left handed lug nuts on the drivers side in the late 60's
>>
>>14895178
How fucking gullible do you have to be to believe that?
>>
>>14895236
Not everyone is as into cars as you are
>>
>>14895258
>as into cars
>doesn't have common sense
You have to be pretty fucking stupid to fall for blinker fluid desu
>>
>>14895192
Most Chrysler cars had left hand lug nuts until 72
My dad has a 70 Cuda, originally a left hand thread on a side, but he converted it
>>
>>14895279
You don't have to be stupid. Just arrogant. I know a guy who knows about every piece of artwork in every art museum but he has no idea how a combustion engine works. Not because he's dumb, he's highly intelligent, he just hasn't ever learned anything about cars and doesn't want too. Just like I don't want to learn anything about the art in museums.
>>
I did something pretty stupid a couple years ago

>be me
>working on the car
>have it up on jack stands
>jack it up to move the stands
>lower the car
>forgot to move one of the stands all the way
>hear this gut wrenching metal bending sound
>heart sinks
>pump the jack so hard it felt like the first time I saw my first softcore porno on tv
>see big dent in the hardbody
>mad at myself for 2 months

Really who am I kidding, I'm still mad 4 years later
>>
Be me. Front stabilizer bar end links are broken off on both sides of the car, and it's dragging on the ground. "Well I'll just go to the junkyard to get replacement end links, but first I should remove the dragging stabilizer bar"...........Go to remove the stabilizer bar bracket/bushings from under the car (seems easy enough), SHEAR ALL THE BOLTS..........annndddd it's fucked................FML
>>
>>14895538
Thinking back I wish I'd just tied the stabilizer bar to the lower control arm and drove to the junk yard that way.

I had a late 60s plymouth that was the same way. I thought I was going insane when I was trying to put the wheels back on.

Interestingly my 71 Fury doesn't have the reverse threaded lug nuts.
