I came across your truck on instagram. Creeped pretty hard, how's the truck ?
Well back in August the decals started to flake, so I had to ditch them. So I've been running just black for a while now.
Then about a month ago I finally decided to lift the rear end because my 30 year old leaf spring were starting to sag pretty bad. So I bought a shackle kit of eBay for 25 bucks and put them one night with help from some friends

What up 4runner bro.
In North east Tennessee. I'm the 3rd owner of this truck. It spent most of its life in mid Florida, where it was sold new with the original owner. Guy I got it from replaced litterally almost everything under the hood to make it as reliable as a new car. I'm talking everything from all new vacuum lines to new injectors and radiator, etc. So it's solid machanicaly, and there almost no rust what so ever on it. The frame has less rust then most 1-2 year old vehicles on the road.

nice truck bro, i liked it better with the stickers and is your sunroof covered withsomething? that year and cab size is so desirable out here it would probably sell for 7k where im at. is that a straight front model? it looks independant from op picture, but i honestly havent seen to much straight fronts to really identify from this one photo.

Yea (luckly) mine still had the factory sunroof cover when I bought the truck. These things are infamously known to be lost and long gone because you have to physically take it completely off to see through the sun roof. People would take them off and loose them. As for the solid front axle, those truck is an 86. First year for the IFS in toyota pickups.
I remember you. You could recreate those decals pretty easily with a little masking and paint

Yea, but never really cared too. Might revisit it on down the road. Just not rainbow again lol.
Recently I've being kinda working on like a camping 4x4 rig. Found a nice camper top with shelfs and opening sides at a flee market for free. So I put it on and I fabricated a light bar that mounts to it. Though in this pic, the light bars not mounted, just a mock up for a pic, plan on getting 4 old school KC day lighters to go on it.
End game I'm going to paint the top black and fab a roof rack for it, kinda like an adventure build.
That car would look so cool with some anime stickers on it.

lol only on /o/

I've got a boner for pop-up tent campers right now but it's neat how those sides open up like little awnings plus you can't beat free.

Hold on a fucking second
I had my windshield replaced today, and in the back of his van was a cracked windshield with a "Chevota" banner on the top. He said it came off an old Toyota pickup that had colorful stickers on it.
You??

Did you rattle can your bonnet? Looks shit
R U Gay?
>>14879636
No not me, but oddly enough my winshield cracked and I'm getting it replaced friday
>>14879521
Lol they were old school aftermarket. I put them on there in the first place.
>>14879673
Paint on this truck is shit. Every so often have to rattle can the hood and cowl. The old paint was cheap and faded completely away. But black spray paint don't look to awful bad
