Give it a look, if it's not too rusty it should most likely be fine, given how much after market there i.
If your unsure take pictures and show them to a mechanic and ask them what certain body/frame damage would cost to fix, if your not going to fix it yourself.
No need to rush this, if your unlucky you'll end up with a fine engine but a trashed shell.

thanks. it's in florida, so we don't really have to worry about rust either unless it's at the beach a lot.
I guess with this I could get a pretty good engine and then drop it in a rolling shell for ~$1000

The odometer miles mean almost nothing, the only thing I had body related fail on my 230k body miles 240 was the power steering which was $100 to fix
