I personally think both the old and new look fine but the new one does look a bit more unique to Tesla. I think it's good for Tesla to have its own signature styling that is more easily recognizable on the road.

there's an outline of a grill in the contours but no grill there, it looks strange.

even if the fake plastic grill on the original S isn't necessary, it really balances out the front end
