Go through an actual agent. I pay more, but they actually get shit done. Recently my car got totalled (old shitbox toyota, so it was only worth like 4k and damages came out to ~3k so it was considered totalled). All i had to do was get the other person's info and submit the claim to my agent and within 2 months i got $800 more than my car's kbb value.
