Hey guys, me again. My friend in question came over a couple of hours ago. We were fiddling with my CBR's rear set/linkage and converting it to GP shifting because we were bored and we got to talking about things. He came clean and said he's been wanting that bike back ever since I bought it off of him. One thing led to another and before I knew it we were both tearing ass out of the neighborhood as quick as we could safely manage since his wife was out doing God knows what. He had all of his old gear hidden and while his textile jacket was a little bit tighter because of the dad body, he was having a blast. It took him a bit to get oriented with his bike again since he hasn't ridden in about five years but once we hit the 101 he was back in his old mindset. It was like he hadn't been off the bike for more than a few hours.

We just got back and his wife still isn't home, so I don't know what the rest of the night holds in store for him, but I truly wish him the best of luck, if anything he'll buy his old bike off me for pocket change and he'll order newer, proper fitting gear to my address.
