Really depends on the car and the colour itself.

depends on the car. Most of the time i would pick navy blue or black, but the main focus is on picking the right secondary color, or the right rim color

in Tokyo Xtreme Racing 3 i had an RX8 in midnight blue, and the entirety of the body kit was on carbon fiber.

Ive gotta say, the way the carbon's gray contrast with the midnight blue is just beautiful

It depends more on the car, but in general dark blue. I really like the S2000 monte Carlo blue, the Rx7 FDs blue and 240Z midnight blue. I like white a lot too though. Its a close second. Red and green can look good depending on the car.

I swear to god that one of the blues Chevy uses changes colour in the light. It will be dark when you take it out of the garage, but when you put it back after driving around it will be noticeably brighter.

orange can be decent
white is a good generic colour

and that is all, nothing else looks good
