I went to check it out about an hour from where I live. Passenger pop up is stuck in place, has some surface rust around bumpers, a ghetto ass "push button start", and it doesnt hold idle until you step on the throttle for a minute or two. Well, if the 115 000 miles in 1999 is correct then it has either rolled around (unlikely) or been rolled back. It would mean that for the first rough 3.7 years it drove 85 miles every single day on an average, which is quite a bit. It could all simply be a typo when they were reporting the miles, and that it was 15 000... still, no surefire way of telling when you only have one number to work with

That's what I was afraid of. It's a business vehicle, and I have no idea what they did with it before I started working for the company.

It's thrown a valve, got a safety recall of some sort issued for it, a huge hole in its gas tank, and the interior looks like a slaughterhouse. I'll likely bid on it regardless up to maybe $300.

The accident scares me, though.
