So how much would I be looking at /o/, is it too late to find one without paying a huge cult tax.
>>
its too late to find one that isn't half iron oxide

>rockers
>door hinges (where they bolt into the chassis)
>inside fender specifically welds connecting inner fender to wheel well)

they're fun cars but good luck finding one.

the ones that were out there got junked 5-10 years ago from either rust, spun bearings, or bad transmissions (5th gear popout). and if you're gonna pay anything close to $4-5k you might as well get a pulsar gti-r which is the better version
>>
don't want to be a party pooper but those cars fold like literal paper.
not sure if even bikes are safer.

Only example I could find was $7500 without stock rims or intake. I guessed a 2,300 pound car would be destroyed by an SUV. Taking alternatives of that Era.

A clean Pulsar GTiR from Canada wouldn't be much more

>NX2000 (same car)
>Escort GT/Protege LX 90-94
>MK2 GTI
>1990s Hondas (pretty much better all around if you find something like a Integra)

They're fun, but not that special. I had a NX2000. Throw a big rear swaybar and reasonable shocks/springs (think 350lb Front/Rear Konis/GCs) on a 90s Integra and it's there and better.

Saw one at a meet with a transverse Ka24 swap. Pretty cool.
>>
>>14602298
>transverse KA24 swap

That's not a Cressida, kid. Most came with a KA24 because it's a freaking Stanza.
>>
>>14602308
Nope. It was a Sentra.
>>
>>14602014
There is a shitload of those cars here in Mexico, from 92 to 2016

They're probably Sentra.
>>
>>14602308
No B13 or B14 Sunny/Sentra ever came with a KA24
>>
>not getting the superior tsubame instead
>>
>>14602364
>Avenir
4WD, SR20 Sunny wagon
>>
>>14602247
What other Hondas, other than integra. As long as the car is 91-95 it should work.
>>
>>14602355
There are Nissan Tsuru and are exactly the same looking shit since 1992
>>
>>14602380
is the avenir related to the b13? are part interchangeable?
>>
>>14602400
It's a B13 wagon.
Most thing mechanically are interchangeable
>>
>>14602014
Thats a fucking tsuru nigga, just drive 10 hours to mejico and get one for 11 hundred.

> its not the same ;_;

Then look amongs the seas of old nisans that are in mexico you are bound to find one.

Mfw i cant import a crossfox ;_;
>>
>>14602014
Mexico
>>
>>14603449
They still make the 93 se-r or just the sentra copies?
>>
>>14602340
Yoo hook me up with on compadré
>>
Go to mexico, they are so common they are used as taxis.

>>

That's horrifying. Like driving a coffin full of spikes.
>>
>>14605380
>90s shitbox
>spic build quality

You expected what exactly?
>>
>>14605380
im sure the Mexicans use the same materials and manufacturing method the japs did. Also only relevant if you plan on crashing it.
>>
>>14605824
>im sure the Mexicans use the same materials and manufacturing method the japs did
it isn't structurally sound, period. If you want a safe 90s car you need an euro.
>>
>>14605913
wasnt implying it was safe, just that the beans version is probably less safe.

agreed, but safety is a pretty cuck/pleb/normie thing to worry about. men roll the dice.
>>
>>14602014
Forgive me but what is this? It looks like a coupe of an early 90's Nissan Stanza
>>
>>14605980
>just that the beans version is probably less safe.
you are just a delusional weeaboo
>>
>>14607870
>smaller crash beams to save weight
>no side impact beams
>no airbag (yes, they had a drivers airbag)

they're both shitboxes the mexican one just has a incentive to make it even a further shitbox to save money for third world buyers

the tsuru shares little in common with a sr20 b13 se-r anyways you'd need a whole subframe/harness from a sr20 car along with a bunch of other bullshit.
>>
>>14607905
>source: my ass

the sr20 tsuru was sold all over latam
>>
>>14607858

Nissan Sentra SE-R. It's a Sunny/Tsuru/whatever the fuck else.

I want one very badly, but living in Canada they're literally all rusted in half and a Pulsar GTiR is cheap enough that it's better to just get one of those instead, like that other anon said.
>>
>>14607923
source your ass indeed

tsuru gsrs were only sold from 91-95 for the mexican market, very few if any left the mexican market.

98% of the tsurus sold were ga16 cars, a good chunk were even carb

instead of trying to commit vin fraud/trying to import a mexican car it'd be easier for op to buy a b13 se-r parts car that's rotted out (easy to find) and finding a clean b13 in a southern/desert state.

but like i said you'd be putting in way way way too much effort into what amounts to a early 1990s sentra...you could put said effort into a objectively better car (mk2 vw, 1990s honda, e30/e36 bmw, miata) or save a ton of time/money in the long run by importing the best model of said car from japan/canada (pulsar gtir rnn14)
