Miles are miles no matter how far apart they are. Just because I only put 20k on it doesn't mean it's got the same wear as a vehicle with only 20k on the clock. 190k is still 190k.

u fuckin wot m8. Sitting without running is literally the worst thing you can do for a car, second only to driving such short trips that you never get up to operating temperature. Actually it might be worse.
It's a recipe for losing literally every single seal in the car, gummed up fuel system, stuck rings, every plastic part crumbling, and the list goes on. A car with 150k miles daily driven and well-maintained is a better bet than a car with 75k miles that has only had 1k a year for the last two.
