The amount of doors has nothing to do with the size. If it can hold two cars,and has either one 16' door or two 8' doors, it is referred to as a 2 car garage.
Also location, location, location. A small house can always be added on to.

House 1.
Just make sure it's a house you won't have too many problems with. Tiny houses are comfy, and so is house restoration. But you might not have time for all that.
The state of the garage is a big deal too, especially if it's the major buying factor.

If I was to buy a house, the optimal one would be a 3 tiny ass bedroom one with 1 bath. Yet a multi-car garage and a large plot of land with a forest or thick tree line on the perimeter.

I wouldn't move into house 1 because it looks rather run down, but in general living space is highly overrated. Just don't fucking pile up consumer grade trash in your house and there'll be very little chance it'll ever feel too small unless you're literally short of bedrooms.

Wow, that is a sweet piece of poperty. House 1 for sure providing a home inspector doesn't find anything too terrible. If I had to do it all over again I'd have probably built something very similar (tiny, 2 bed/1 bath, sub 1000 sq/ft house and 30x40 metal building for garage).

Also make sure there isn't a trailerpark full of methheads nearby; lone houses with no neighbors are juicy targets....that is pretty much the only thing that made me buy in a small subdivision.
