I'd finish building my Legacy GT, then buy some other cars I've been wanting like a Twingo with a cloth sunroof, an FD RX-7, and a project turd gen to do a 4th gen ls1/t56 swap in. Maybe a house with a decent garage. I wouldn't spend too much of it at once so I'd be able to live comfortably while still working.

Yeah depends how much we're talking..
Say in the UK, national lottery would be around £10m.. I wouldn't go nuts with that, I'd probably spend £1m building a nice house in the country with plenty of land, and probably half a dozen cars, but I'd be smart, buy stuff that would hold value etc, and use the rest of the money to just support myself.

If it's Euromillion money, which is can be £100m+ then I'd go all out. I still wouldn't buy hypercars as such (depending on your definition) but I'd build a helluva car collection full of cult classics, Group B specials, JDM legends, classic muscle cars etc.

Not just bolting some newer pieces onto some boomermobile in your garage, but restoring classic cars to pristine condition which require extensive custom fabrication and where the rotten rolling shells alone cost upwards of $100,000, but sell for ten times more when restored. If I won the lottery and assuming its the jackpot (lets just say 140 million after tax n shit), I will probably hire personal finance dudes, lawyers, accountants, etc.. Actually, small production numbers are getting easier and easier. You can just plop a design into a relatively cheap 5-acis CNC machine, and have it ready within a few hours, at quite low cost. If you have to cast, 3D-printing molds and negatives is cheap as hell for limited production runs. If it has to be forged, prices of forging dies have been greatly reduced by CNC machining.
