Imagine finding a dream 80s/90s car in factory condition in today's day?

>1985
>all stock original
>factory plastic
>9.5 miles on odometer
Imagine finding your dream car in said condition, would you drive it?
>today's day

Wouldn't feel right driving something like that. A blue collar 80s hero ought to have a few nicks and scratches by now.

Buy a load of Chinese stuff. Literally no-one else will want to preserve any of it bar the really weird stuff.
Not really desirable car, but I could've bought a 1200km (700 mile) e36 328i. As I was searching for a DD, though, I thought even that way too precious to use.

I bought a e36 M3 3.0L with 36000kms. Was resprayed, because it spent many years in a car lot. Everything else was immaculate.

Automobiles are meant to be driven OP, I would not daily it but drive it occasionally. And obviously service it myself.

I wish I had more disposable income to get a nice classic or iconic automobile. I can name probobly 30-40 different cars I'd be satisfied with owning.
I have a jdm gc8 wrx 4 door with 92,000kms on it. Completely stock even has factory roof racks, headlight, foglight and bonnet protectors.
I think this car was stolen

You have a 90s Subaru with over 50k miles. Where will we find another?
>>14163733
It's jdm tite tho
I'd trade it to a collector for one that I wouldn't mind driving.

Lancer EVO X will probably be worth something in 20years, same with Toyota GT86

I'm hoping my brz is desirable after every other one is wrecked.

In 35 years the tubes, rings, gaskets would have dried out right? The fuel injection system would be in pretty shit state, the tires would be crackers. You would still need to fix a lot on the car to get it to drive.
I found a 1993 Miata with 10k original miles on it in mint condition. Proceeded to buy it and ruin it over the last 3 years.
Does that count?
my 92 supra had 128km on it when i bought it which is not bad for the year. thats nothing compared to this though....

Which only helps justify the boomers stance on never clicking a tenth mile over.
>>14163164
cool.. its a.. 1985... camaro...
>>14163164
If I found something like this, I would immediately take it on a demolition derby, just to make all the boomer/collector fags salty
I bought a SW20 MR2 with 84,000km on it for 9K
