ITT: Camaro vs. Mustangs, pros and cons of each car and which

Honestly, even if Camaros were vastly better cars from an objective standpoint, I don't think I'd ever buy one over a Mustang. The last gen didn't look that good, but the new one just amplified everything wrong with the previous designed. Too angry, too fat, too Hotwheels.

there is not a lof you can to to a v6, perhaps a supercharger or nitro, but it will reduce engine life drastically unless you mod it, and at that point is better to start with the v8

So wait okay, In that pic, as far as my knowledge goes about these, the rear window slanting down towards the side scoop like that; they only did that on the Mach1 and Bullit right? the other models had a rear window that slanted less sharply and didn't directly flow into the line on the door scoop.

Honestly i think the mustang (especially the newer ones) is a great car but i do not like their interior design and feel. Also, they're everywhere! I live in sc and go to South Florida for school and the mustang is everywhere. Also i love customizing my cars to make it mine but it seems like with the stang, all the mustangs look the same if they're custom. Good looking but the same. I like the interior of the camaro but visibility with the 5th gen is poor and the mpg is horrible for both lol. I personally love the look of the camaro and the fact that the interior is customizable from the factory. Just a cool thing about it to me. You really need to drive both and decide for yourself but i like the camaro better

Both cars a very similar

The Camaro is a bit more hunkered down than a 5.0. The 5.0 I test drove was non track pack, and you could feel some serious body roll through corners. The coyote motor is very strong, and feels like it swells more compared to the LS3.

The SS feels like you have less body roll without the 1LE package, but the stock shifter isn't as nice. The LS3 powerplant pulls like a freight train from idle to redline. So you really don't get that torque swell feeling that you get in the DOHC Fords.

Ford had some softer plastics, but both interiors are cheap. People who argue over interiors when it comes to cheap V8 pony cars are borderline retarded though. All 3 have cheap interiors, but in my personal experience it goes Mustang>Camaro>Chally in terms of interior quality. I haven't sat in a new Challenger though, so it may feel nicer than the one I've been in which the interior literally looks like Chrysler pulled it from the fucking Town & Country minivan. At least Ford and GM gave their pony cars bespoke interiors so to speak.

I like the Camaro looks over the Mustang too, and the visibility in the Mustang is also pretty bad. Don't let Ford shills fool you, it's better than the 5th gen but a tank is better than the 5th gen.

The current generation of these cars, specifically the 6g Camaro SS has made a couple of those observations outdated. Google the 2016 Camaro SS and read some press shit for more

(Long amd short is SS is frankencar with ATS platform and Vette LT1)

The camaro SS kills the mustang in every way except visibility and "daily drivability"
Better handling/skidpad, better 0-60, better track times, everything.
