Question. I want to get the JB4 tune for my F80 M3, is it worth changing the exhaust system at all? Like maybe a catless downpipe or straight/x pipes?
No one has any experience?
Doubt anyone on /o/ actually drives an M3 younger than 2004
Post this on reddit /r/cars. A bunch of people on there have F80 M3s.
As someone who works at a BMW stealership the exhaust on the new m3 looks super restrictive. I'm sure getting an aftermarket header back would free up a a lot and help the engine breathe better

I have a 2005 E46, 2009 E92 and a 2015 F80.

I seriously doubt BMW would design a super restrictive exhaust for such a car.

No it's pretty likely. A lot of sport luxury cars have restrictive exhausts for noise levels. They usually just pipe sound into the cabin.
why would you ruin the car with shitty exhaust
straight pipes always sound like shit and so does decatting

Restrictive regarding sound yeah, but I don't think it would create that much back pressure.
>worth
like value wise? obviously no.
but as a hobbyist you shouldnt really give a shit about value.
>they sound kickass
>and you will get some hp
if you dont have emissions shit in your state thats like the first thing i would do.
>jb4
>m3
What's it like to be a nigger?

What's wrong with 100 free horsepower and torque?

Pretty sure there are less black people without than with JB4.
