The 300hp version should be the direct replacement for the old 3.7 at normal outputs. The old 3.7 was 330hp 270ft/lbs in most applications. The nismo/IPL version increased that to 350hp and ~280 ft/lbs of torque.

The new 3.0 will have more torque and less horsepower probably because of a lower redline compared to the 3.7.
