But its all pretty standard shit for any box of that style. Disconnect battery, support engine with brace. Remove exhaust, then driveshaft, undo shift linkages (maybe shifter assembly) depending on how yours is set up, pull out starter motor and remove flywheel bolts through the starter hole. Support box, drop rear gearbox mounts. Get about 3 foot of extensions to remove the worlds cuntiest top bolt (very top of gearbox, attack it from the left side of the box for easiest path) Don't forget it because if you do with all the other bolts removed the bell housing will flex enough to give the illusion that its ready to remove, in reality you will snap the top of the bell housing off.

Double check everything is removed, then check again and pull the box straight back. throw out bearing will take a minute to actually replace, expect to spend 3 hours pulling the box if you haven't done one before but have some spanner twisting skills, and 2 hours to get it back in.

A work shop will charge 6 to 8 hours but a good mechanic can do the whole thing in 3 to 4 hours.

After bleeding the system if it doesn't fix it take off the little dust boot on the clutch lever and see how far the lever/bearing assembly moves on clutch operation, and if the movement is smooth.

But for that description I would guess air in clutch line, dead/dying slave cylinder OR the springs on the pressure plate are fucked.

And while it is possible to remove a box on jack stands (fucking big ones) I wouldn't recommend it. It would quickly turn into a 10+ hour job

I'd say I do more highway than city but I give it a good boot at least once per drive and it's still pretty low.

From what I've heard turbos and NAs get roughly the same km out of a tank. Depends how you drive and how the car is tuned
