Is it the fan(s) or the sensors?
If its the sensors, engage the AC and it'll kick in the secondary fan
They aren't too hard to replace, on most cars it'll be somewhere around the thermostat usually or off the top-end of the radiator outlet
Probably have to go MB parts on those, dunno what they'd cost but usually its about $50 each

If its the fans, generally there's a heap out there if you don't want original, just get the measurement sizes of them and go ebaying. Most are anywhere between $30 for cheapos or 120 for something a bit better.

Learn to work on your car it'll save you 1000's in the long run

I don't know. I'd like a manual Civic coupe but those are expensive too if they are in good shape.
