Most reliable and most fun to drive saab?

I don't know anyone who owns one and I really enjoy the design/look but I know next to nothing about them.

Am I making a mistake looking to buy a turbo saab?

9-3's seem cheap.

any 9000 is very reliable but the turbos are the ones you want for fun.
that said it's a peculiar type of fun
