As you said to >>14046589 thats exactly what it is. I don't have a torque wrench but I took a wrench on the bolt and tighted it as much as I possibly could (I'm a pretty small dude) then took a rubber mallet and got it just a hair further.

I know I might get shit for not doing it properly with a torque wrench but its been nearly a year and I haven't had any problems checked it recently and it wasn't loose.

At the very least the Z shop I've been working with is willing to buy what's left of it off me for $150-200 to keep it from being scrapped, crushed, or scavenged.

Fair enough to me because the scrap value would've only been ~$340 at best anyway.
