What are you talking about? If you have HID headlights you don't have anything other than the HID lights to use. Unless you want him to turn on his high beams. You do realize incorrectly aimed halogen lights are pretty much just as blinding, right? Or it could be illegal lighting in the first place.

This is one of the only things I hate about lifted trucks.
I don't mind the light racks and extra bulbs, most people don't run them when they aren't wheeling- but the 6 inch+ lift makes the headlights shine right into my mirrors.

high color temperature lighting has higher apparent brightness because of how your eyes and brain respond to the color of the light. More blue light = "it must be day time" = turn down the brightness / constrict the pupils. Incandescent / halogen bulbs are objectively the easiest on the eyes. Broad spectrum lighting or go home
