My sister put water in the coolant reservoir because it was low. Do I have to replace all the coolant now?

I would say it's fine for the time being, but I'd put in some real coolant if I were you fairly soon.

Currently there is enough coolant and water in the Tank, will I have to replace it soon?

I'd say the water will probably be used up pretty quickly, so keep an eye on the levels over the coming days and few weeks. When it gets low, get the correct coolant and go to town.
My 1999 Silverado had a crack in the coolant reservoir for some time, so I was on the grind of filling it up with water every so often, but regularly put in coolant to make sure it was still getting what it really needed.

Also, make sure you, or your sister, watches that temp gauge regularly. Pull over immediately, if not sooner, if she gets hot. If there's a sensor that says "Coolant Low" or anything, put in real coolant.

it will be fine and how much did she put in if she put like a gallon of tap water then sooner or later i would flush it out because the minerals in the tap water will cause mineral deposits to build up the coolant system but no need to worry about throwing off the 50/50 coolant water ratio the main purpose of the coolant is to stop the water from freezing in the cold and to prevent system corrosion water by itself will have slightly better heat transferring capabilities anyway so you don't need to worry about overheating
Will I live in Australia and its summer so no chance of freezing anytime soon.
THe car is 99 Toyota prado land cruiser.
So just keep an eye on the temperature gauge and fill up with coolant if it runs low?
Will I need to replace the coolant anytime soon?

Is your coolant green or orange?

I would just wait until your next oil change if it's not gonna freeze where you are. Like others said the 50/50 ratio isn't incredibly important.
>rational thinking
As long as you dont live in a excessively cold or hot climate nothing will happen. I do this from time to time. Just watch your temp gauge.
